The word "AI" means something specific here: some part of the product makes a decision that would otherwise have been made by hand. Sorting an incoming enquiry, suggesting the right product, spotting an anomaly in a series of figures, pulling the useful information out of a document. The rest of the application is ordinary web development, done properly.

Hosting and model calls carry a variable cost we estimate before development, based on your real volume. That estimate is part of the written plan, before you commit to anything.

Can we start small and grow?

That's what we recommend. A first version that solves one precise problem, shipped to production, teaches more than six months of specifications. The architecture is planned to take what comes next.

Who owns the data the application produces?

You do. It lives in your database, on the hosting you chose, and nothing in the contract gives us any use of it.
